The toys were wonderful and plentiful for this bag...the 4 stars is because the hard candies were somewhat melted and difficult to unwrap, in addition to not being very tasty. They were "filler" for sure.
I am not approving the candy for a small child's party
Taffy like or toosie roll like candy is hard as a rock cant even bite it myself let alone a child
