Delicious! I add this to my LaCroix or Bubly sparkling waters to give them that flavor that I miss from having soda or other empty-calorie drinks. These definitely help me boost my water intake.
This is one of my faves that is always in my cupboard times 2 or 3 so I make sure I don't run out! I'm a water junkie and I always love being able to squirt a little flavor in my water and a little extra caffeine boost is always nice helper to get through the day!

Wanted to try to flavor water which Im not a water drinker but now with a variety of these I can make my water intake so much more ,,,, The flavors are outstanding just dont drink the ones with caffeine before bedtime cause they can keep you up if youre not used to it ,,,Water is now my friend
I LOVE Mio! Have been using various flavors of it since Mio originally came out. I recently have tried to cut back on my sugar intake and found that my biggest culprit was coffee. I can't do straight black coffee, and tea unfortunately upsets my stomach first thing in the morning (tannins I believe). So I wanted to both caffeinate myself with as little sugar as possible AND drink more water....enter Mio Energy! This little baby contains B vitamins and caffeine. The label states that there are 60mg of caffeine per "squeeze", but I think a "squeeze" can be rather subjective so I wouldn't nail that down to an exact science. I use about two of my own "squeezes" per 16.9 oz bottled water. It tastes excellent, both the berry and acai flavors are present but not overwhelming. The packaging is adorable with the bright berry coloring. Mio has helped me dramatically increase my water intake, and so I would recommend it to anyone but especially people who dislike plain water as I do. This stuff is amazing, go try it!
I love using Mio. It does not have to dissolve like powders do, and you can add as much or as little as you want. The taste is great and adds the extra kick I need for the tea that I make. It's a little pricey, but it's a lot cheaper than having to go get a drink every day at a coffee shop. The shape of the bottle is unique and not so little that I can never find it like pour in packets that fall out of the box or the box gets crushed you have to find a spot for all the packets.

I'm always trying to drink more water but it can get very boring. I love being able to use MIO Açaí Berry Storm to give my water some flavor. I will say less is more. Start with a little then test. It can be easy to get too much flavor and it just tastes fake.
I was excited to try this because of TikTok. The flavor is nasty. It taste like medicine tbh. Hasn't been used since i wanted to like it so bad too.😭
