I'm a big fan of Mio water enhancer and an even bigger fan of the Strawberry/Pineapple flavor. Its so refreshing, and I even enjoy in seltzer drinks. As for the "energy" I don't notice any caffeine or at least it doesn't affect me either way still my favorite and it allows me to drink plenty of water during the day.
I have a lot of health problems and, as a result, have to take a lot of medications. I was told by my doctor that I needed to increase my water intake significantly to help my kidneys process the amount of medications that I take. I was also told to avoid the energy drinks that I used as part of my morning ritual. I came across this product when I was looking for an alternative to my energy drinks that would be healthier. Since I've started using this water enhancer, I have completely stopped drinking energy drinks and I have increased my water intake from one bottle a day to about four bottles a day. I use the Mio Energy in the morning and the regular Mio later in the day. The strawberry pineapple flavor is one of my favorites. It has a great flavor without being overwhelming and it doesn't have any sort of lasting aftertaste. I also like that you can customize the amount of flavor you want in your water. For example, they recommend two squirts of water enhancer for a 16 ounce bottle of water but I only use one squirt. I definitely recommend giving this product a try if you are looking for an alternative way to get your morning caffeine fix. And don't worry about lagging - each squirt of this water enhancer has as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.
I wasn't sure I'd love this because of the pineapple, but it ended up being amazing. It tastes so good and it's unbelievable that something can have this much flavor with no calories or sugar! It gets me to drink more water and also has the perfect amount of caffeine to drink in the afternoon at work without getting anxiety or keeping me up all night.
This flavor of mio is great, especially in my 64oz water. Don't put too much though because it can taste quite sweet. Only 1-2 squeezes is enough for me.
Overall pretty decent - the taste is pretty good definitely going tobe buying more...
I love mio I've probably tried most flavors. My favorite are usually anything in a pink label. I'm not a fan of blueberry lemonade or regular lemonade. They just seem funky. If you have a hard time with drinking water or want to cut back on soda I recommend trying these
Since I began my career as a Flight Attendant I knew the importance of drinking water. I have used the dry flavor packages before that are caffeinated but came across this in the grocery aisle. What a difference this makes to plain water! A delicious treat to sweeten it up and add a little berry taste. I did not feel a sudden rush of energy so if I want a caffeine buzz I am going for my favorite Italian Roast!
I'm the worst at pushing myself to drink the recommended amount of water that's necessary for my body. This water enhancer is a game changer ! The smallest squirt of this stuff goes a long way, and makes drinking water more enjoyable. The only thing I will say, the artificial sweetener is STRONG in taste. It's very very sweet, so again, a little goes a LONG way
I wasn't to crazy about this liquid water enhancer. I had a hard time getting it just right for taste and I couldn't do it. I either put to much or not enough. I won't be buying again.
Lately the batches of this that Wal-Mart have been selling seems somehow contaminated or soured almost regularly, this happens most often in the 3.24 FLoz version of the product but I'm also getting 1.62 FLoz that are having the same problem. The flavor just seems like theres a sour component now more often than not, and every purchase you're basically rolling the dice to see if that bottle is has the weird sour taste to it, or if it tastes like the original...which was pretty good. Whats more theres no one to really report this to, MiO has no front facing system to bring up the concern to, and Wal-Mart can't do anything about it either. Really sucks cause it was a nice way to make water have some B and Caffeine but I've been having to throw out about half the bottles of this I've bought in the last year or so and that kind of wasting money is not what I'd consider a good value at all.
