It has great smell and good slip to it. Works great
Very good one
First off, I have heard so many great reviews about this watching women who promote natural haircare. I purchase this for myself and my daughter. She has like a 2c kind of hair that is silky with coils. I have more like a 3c/4a kind of hair. The smell is great! It stays - you hug her you get a whiff of a delightful flower/citrus /candy combination scent. The texture is not so much like lotion; it's a little looser, but it has consistency that's not gel based, more like products that are egg based (even though this doesn't have that in it). Some say it's kind of sticky... my response to that is ehhhh. When this is applied to my daughters hair (dry) it lays her hair almost straight and relaxes her curls, when I style it in ponytails. With the appearance as though I have added gel with a hold to it without the residue. Now this conditioner is not great for curl Definition for her hair. I have to use curly kids products for that. And.... if I try to apply and just not put it in ponytails it will dry and her hair will be hard and set like setting lotion but when it starts to wear like when when plays and her hair brushes up against things, her hair will be frizzie. So I give it 3 stars for the natural ingredients, the nice finish it leaves if I place her hair in ponytails oh and for my hair it 3c/4a it does similar. However I wet my hair first and it does well holding my kinky tight curls.
