This set is a great set and include some of the most used knives in the kitchen. These are super sharp and durable due to the SG2 super steel and the special ice-hardening process. These knives will last for years to come and they look fantastic, in my opinion, too. Love this Miyabi line and for Japanese knives, are a great value.
I bought this set as a gift for my wife four years ago. They have been used regularly in our kitchen and are still incredibly sharp. The balance is absolutely perfect and the handles are comfortable to hold. We have only handwashed them and they still look as good as the day we got them. I love this knife set and would not hesitate to buy them again if I needed to.
