Been using this product for years. As nothing works perfectly, this softener comes as close to being perfect it can get. However, it seems to have disappeared. Can't find it anymore. Glad I bought ahead and have enough until I find a replacement.
I had ordered this before, not the same product. Clear red before, this time dark purple and white tablet. Much weaker.
The product is as expected, the packaging was an envelope. the bottle was crushed, the lid was totally broken, loose pills in the envelope
Product was received opened and half of the product was missing. Very dissatisfied! Will not replace. Says I haven't ordered anything in the last 12 months! Well, I sure won't order anything again! That's for sure!!
