When the product arrived, it looked like it had been bouncing around a warehouse for a few years. Dirty, cardboard box smashed and covered with multiple layers of tape. All metal parts dented and needed to be straightened. One hinge broken and needed to be replaced. Only reason I didn't give it one star is when I finished putting it together, It is actually a good product
