Much improved features with variable fan speed and light intensity rather than simple on/ low/ hi
I got this in my new kitchen and love it. The light and the fan works great and looks fantastic.
This vent hood is gorgeous and has cool features! There is a timer on the light and the fan. It's quiet and it just really adds to the beauty of the kitchen. We love it!

This has been an excellent product for our new kitchen. It is a stunning centerpiece with matching performance. It has wonderful features that I only realized after purchase. You can set a timer after cooking so that the exhaust runs for 10 minutes (or longer) after you leave the area to draw out any remaining cooking odors and it automatically turns off. There is a built-in timer that tells you when to remove the filters and run them through the dishwasher. I may have done that once a year - but now it happens every 40 hours of cooking time. We have a glass backsplash and although I clean this regularly, it never seems to have any stove splatter or other dirt on it. I can only attribute this to the effectiveness of the exhaust vent.
This sleek design of the hood is a great focal point in my new kitchen. It functions quietly and is very efficient
When I had designers come and show me tile for my kitchen backsplash, they all suggested I go with a simple subway tile because my granite counters and the GE range hood were already focal points in the kitchen. They were right!
Ok I installed the hood with a 8 duct and it is just the best, no more settings off the smoke alarm when I fry a steak, and absolutely no fish smell when I do a big batch of gumbo, the lights are very helpful I usually have them on low and I really think it's bright enough to see everything, the fan shut off I'm adjusting too trying it more, I am a retired firefighter and do a-lot of cooking some gourmet stuff, ok mostly gourmet stuff we're a little spoiled when it comes to food, I really recommend the monogram looks great on top of the stove
My original hood was a custom made hood with a cheap exhaust fan that did nothing. I love all the features of my new Monogram hood.
We have had our range and vent hood for approximately nine months. The stainless on the vent cover came up with some sort of bacteria that has left it permanently spotted and we are unable to clean it. Very frustrating!
