I had been looking for a new dinner set for a while, and decided to look here at Walmart. I'm glad I did because I found this set, and quickly decided that I wanted it. I love the pattern, and even though the flowers are grayish, it doesn't take away from the dishes.
I was actually about to purchase a completely different set of dishes, when these popped up right next to them the day I was buying. Although the picture makes it look like the design is of a white or light silver color, the pattern itself is more of a grey/silver with a blue undertone to it. Nonetheless, I'm VERY satisfied with these dishes. They are sturdy and large and roomy and make for wonderful presentation!
This set is really sharp and is just as nice as it looks online. I highly recommend this product. When I ordered this set I thought it was a corelle brand, and when I received it, I noticed that it was a Gibson brand. I was a little upset until I opened the box and felt the quality was good, sturdy, and rich looking.
I bought two sets of these dishes and did site to store shipping. When I picked them up, each set was shipped in a separate box and very well packed. I opened each set and examined each dish. They were in perfect condition and were just as pretty as they look in the picture. The dishes are large and the bowls are deep which I like. I am very pleased with this product!
I have been going nuts trying to find a set that me and the fiance can both aggree on and we came accross this set and both fell in love with it! I actually just picked mine up today and already using it we were VERY inpressed with the everything in even more so with the bowls cause we could never any set that had big enough bowls! I would HIGHLY reccomend this set to anyone i already have bought two and I might even buy one more! THe only problem i had was taht one bowl was broken when I bought it but figured it would be since it was glass and mailed! But decided not to return it cause site to store took too long as it was and didnt want to wait longer for another set!
These dishes are gorgeous and perfectly met my expectations! We use them every day, and I don't have any fears of them breaking or cracking with all of the constant use. I plan on buying a second set in the near future.
I just got 2 sets of these dishes after it being out of stock for so long, and they are better than I figured they would be!! They were definitely worth the wait! They will look so nice with my black and white kitchen!!!
Got it yesterday, after waiting so long for it to come back in stock.. Absolutely love it I was afraid it might be heavy like the corelle stoneware, but its not. I have also tried the corelle dinnerware, which remindeds me of "Barbie" dishes. its just gorgous and feels very well made. Very happy with my purchase
I asked my boyfriend's mother for this plate set for Christmas and she bought me two sets of them. I had read the reviews and after quite a bit of thought decided these were the ones I wanted. I am very glad that I chose these ones!! They are absolutely beautiful, I would have preferred them to be black and white instead of grey, but I knew they were grey. And the grey has grown on me in the last few weeks. The bowls are great, nice and big, which was something I was worried about. The cups are not as big I would like, but they are about the size of any standard cup that comes in a set like this. The whole set seems to be good quality, they are nice and heavy... definately not cheep plastic.
I needed to order two sets of this product and only one was available. So I decided to order it because I have been trying to get the dishes for many months and wanted to see what they look like in person. When I actually opened the box I was very disappointed. The black ran over the white on the bases for a sloppy look. The dishes are very dull in color, unlike the picture. They are thick porcelean and look as though they will chip easily. They do not look nearly as elegant in the picture. I am however, keeping the set and ordering a second one because they are different than what you will find in the store. Also, we know the law of supply and demand.... That may be the reason why this product has been so successful.
