Bought two of these as a Christmas gift for my hubby. We set them up the next day. They light up every night and stay on til the wee hours of the morning. The brightness of the light is as expected...they add a lovely soft glow to our garden beds. They were a great purchase for the price.
Very happy with these cap lights they are much more colorful than pictured and emit just the right amount of light. These are a great addition to the deck my husband just finished. They are great accent lights and appear to be durable. Easy to set up right out of the box.
It arrived before shipping date!! Installation is easy and it looks great! I'm glad to go for this, instead of other choices at local home improvement stores.
This came in very quickly. It was easy to install. I have it on top of a lighthouse mailbox. It is attractive and compliments the mail box. Very Pleased!
These post cap solar lights were sent in a very timely manner and arrived in excellent manner. After setting up the lights they are spectacular. They work very well and light up our deck beautifully.
These turned out nicer than I expected, but I've only had them about a week. While the casing is plastic, the stained glass is actually glass, not plastic. The only thing I would change is the way one has to access the battery compartment. Four small screws have to be removed from the underside which will be a challenge after it is mounted to a post.
Nice product, batteries are somewhat lacking as far as to how long they last even after 8-10 hours in full sun. Could be that they are just old for sitting in the box. Overall I'm pleased.
Initially, these are great, e.g. the vibrant colors at night. Unfortunately, the lights themselves do not last that long. Several that we have purchased have "burned out" frying the batteries thus corroding the contacts.
It doesn't light up enough.
Bought 9 of these, they worked great the 1st day - were on till dawn but unfortunately that behavior was never repeated and they never stayed on more than 1-2hrs even after a full day of unshaded sun. They became even more erratic - one would stay on till dawn while others would turn off after 1-2 hours, then 5 of them stayed on for 1-2hrs while 4 didn't turn on at all (the 9 did come in two boxes - one with 5 and one with 4 but they should have worked the same). Two other problems I noted were that i)the color for staining the glass peels of very easily and ii)changing or turning off the battery requires unmounting the cap, removing 4 additional screws and opening the very flimsy battery cover - a bit cumbersome.
