I used this product during our hurricanes in Florida this summer. It is the best product ever! Charged my i-phone 3 times during the power outage and still had 62% power left. I bought 1 for each of my 5 grown children for Christmas. One daughter found it invaluable during a 2 week trip to California. It powered her daughter's ipad during their second flight, charged her phone while in her backpack walking through the airport and she used it while she was working remotely. They will also be used on various camping trips throughout the year
Got several to give for Christmas gifts and one for myself. Cold snap killed my battery in the line at a car wash. This nifty thing got me up and running fast. So small compared to others in the market, slides easily under my seats. Easy to follow directions printed right on the carrying bag. Charged up quickly and the jump only depleted 8% of my battery. Charges completely in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
I bought this as a backup during power failures, with the idea of possibly keeping it in the car in case someone has a dead battery. I recently successfully used it to start a Dodge Ram 1500 with a 3.6 diesel. The battery only read about 4.5 volts before jump starting it. I had my doubts, but was pleasantly surprised.
This charger is so powerful! All of the outlets allowed me to charge my phone, my daughter's iPad and her headphones all at once … and it didn't even deplete the battery!
This power station goes above my expectations 600 amp output for jumping the car is amazing and the extras like flashlight white and red, usb to recharge your phone and the 110v output is simply amazing

It has paid for itself already. riding lawn mower battery is bad and I've used it several times. glad I bought it.
Plugged all power stations into standard electrical outlets and most would only stay at 75%. Now I have found the “special outlet that seems to be charging them up more )(see photo). One of the units (bought 4 this year for my families vehicles) charged to 100%. Still in process and will update if I get them all up to 100 but this should not be a big deal with a standard 120v ac home outlet. So 4 out of 5 stars for that. Otherwise the build quality seems good with USB, USB-C and Standard 3-prong AC charge ports available and a 55000amp battery. Plenty of boost for all things electrical, including the car! Besides that, the family is excited to have this type of battery backup in their cars for just in case moments. Merry Christmas
It clearly showed a picture %26 words stating "AC outlet" but I ordered 2 of these Mophie Power Supply boxes %26 they DO NOT COME WITH AN AC OUTLET. Like most others who buy this, I won't USE the product until I NEED to use it,%26 hopefully never will need to, but the POOR INTEGRITY of the seller leads me to believe it may not be reliable. I gave them as gifts, though, %26 helped one of the recipients unbox it, so the initial charge-up, etc, so I still haven't attempted to contact the seller; also, the product arrived on time. Those are the ONLY reasons I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but I'll be sure to write a review after contacting seller.
I ordered two of these about a year ago and it had a lot of other options included. My problem for assuming and not verifying, but almost doubling the price in a year for their basic low-end model to the same price as their high end model with a lot more options to fool their customers into believing that they are getting something better. Shame on Zagg!!!
