I had the round charging pad and it worked great as long as you placed your phone on it the right way. I purchased the charging stand and no more fiddeling to get the charge going. Another great product from Zagg/Mophie. I highly recommend this charging stand. s you had the phone in the right place. If you've had this problem then the charging stand is for you.
Charges great and fast. With case on back and a thin band that goes across the back so you can hold your phone. Charging pad is the same. It does not charge any AirPods other than the pro's but it does great without having to take the case off too. The case that I have on my AirPods is a rubber one. I have tried a hard case and it charged that too.
It charges every single time fast and don't have to wiggle your phone to adjust anything first just to get a charge

I had three other mophioe chargers that did NOT work with my new iphone 12 pro max but worked perfectly fine with all previously owned iphones. I was hesitant at first due to the lack of details mophie lists on their site for this charger, but I can guarantee one thing…it works! I dont think i'm getting the 15 watts of charge they are claiming the charging stand portion can produce, but my airpods and my apple watch both charge easily and accuartely while using this charger. My ONLY complaint other than the questionable charging speed it the lack of cable management for when you choose to use their apple watch attachement. Brands like Anker build space into their stands to hide the watch cable, but mophie i guess just execpts you to leave it bundled behind the charger. This doesnt in any way affect the charger or charging speeds, but it does affect the cleaniness or clutter you will have and others will notice behind the stand.
You have to work hard to notice that this device requires you to use your own watch magnetic charging cable. The additional cable for simple charging creates the exact problem I was trying to solve. All but one photo obscure this by showing a watch on the station. There is nothing in the product description to indicate that the device requires you to add your own charging cable. I returned the station immediately—at my own effort and expense.
The watch charging portion was fine. However, the phone never stood well & did not charge. I assumed my phone was not a fit for this stand & returned it.

Hard to get connected with a case on very picky on where phone needs to be placed for the charger to pick it up and connect. Watch charger is finicky also as you place your charger in the plastic shelf provided by the new charger. Just more plugs and hassle that what it's worth!!
I purchased this charging station last month. I just finally set it up to use it with my new iPhone. It'll charge for about a minute or so and then stops. I've gone through all of the troubleshooting, I've reached out to customer support, and nothing. I'm left with a product that doesn't work. Money wasted.
