I have heard from many sources the benefits of Moringa Oleifera. It is considered a miracle tree because of all the vitamins and nutrients is has including most B, C and all amino acids the human body needs. This plant is keeping the people of African nations from starvation. It comes in a green powder. I mix 1 teaspoon into cold water ( jar with lid) then another teaspoon of drink mix ad shake shake shake. The flavor is similar to green tea and quite nice. When you drink it you will notice kind of a grainy texture that will mostly go away if you let it sit a bit. I highly recommend it.
