I placed my order on November 15th, received it on November 25th (10 days to wait for shipping is kind of a bummer, not sure why they can't just ship using USPS flat-rate 3-day priority mail). I began my regimen on the 26th, and by December 2nd I noticed the tingling/pins & needles sensation in my breasts. While I have nursed all 3 of my children---my last baby now being almost 18, I was surprised at how quickly my breasts began to respond: first with that sensation mildly reminiscent of engorgement (though no real change in cup size) but then I began to notice physical changes in my breasts, they definitely felt heavier when I cupped them in my hands to gauge their weight. While my goal is health oriented and not breastfeeding related, to find that I'm producing small drops of milk less than a month in is a neat feeling and a welcome bonus. If you're looking to relactate this may be the product for you.
