This works great! All rats gone!
Where I live, there is LOTS of construction and unfortunately, rats have been a problem and will be till the construction is over. I know that they are eating the poison and dying somewhere else that they go for water as I do not see as many and will continue to put a square out until I see it there for a week without being touched.
Finally made decision to try this and three days of distributing blocks and observing evidence of consumption of bait overnight, found three dead and dying mice. I don't know how many may have expired in blind spaces but so far this stuff is obviously working.
Used primarily for voles. Had success with many mechanical solutions, problem was voles are very smart and they could not be caught the same way again. Voles, chipmunks and field mice responded quickly to Tomcat, they even chased one another away! It was very successful. I placed the bait in the vole holes and anchored it with a sturdy v shaped rod. Two dogs visit my yard and they both guickly found the bait and tried to eat it so placement of the bait needs to be thought out carefully.

I've used this product for about a year and a half. Though this may sound like it's not solving the problem, it's made this much , much better. I used to see unwanted rodent quite often, and now I never see them. I only know they're active, because I'll need to replace the bait no and then. They continue to consume the bait, so I'm sure it still works.
I have used this product for years with safety bait traps very effective, this is my first time buying a 4lb container
It arrived on time, intact. I put it in the bait stations. They do have the hole through the center to mount on the metal post inside the bait stations.
I have only had the product out for about 2 weeks. In one place (garage) in 2 weeks no product has been used. In another area (hot water heater room) I also had d-con out and this product, all of the d-con was gone and only a few nibbles from this product is gone. Maybe too early to rate the product and be fair.
This product proved completely ineffective, in my experience. Mice and rats will not eat these. My infestation is worse than before, since I wasted not just money, but time, on this useless product. Don't bother.
