This is the same motor that's in the T-28, SU26xp, P51D, F4U and the Pole Cat. The only difference is the motor wires on the Sukhoi 26xp are the shortest. I have put P51D motors in my T-28 and T-28 motors in my Sukhoi 26xp and there is no difference in the power. Overall it's a gamble as to how long the motor will last. My first 4Site bipe motor lasted for 48 flights whereas one of my T-28 motors lasted for 332 five minute flights. All of my Ultra Micro's are flown for around 5 minutes each. I set a kitchen timer as well as my Spektrum DX6i's timer just to be sure I hear one or the other since my old ears ain't what they used to be. When I order new motors I tend to just buy the T-28 or P51 motors since the wire is longer and will fit any of my Parkzone Ultra Micros. When you replace any motor be sure to mark on the RX plug which is for the white or black wire BEFORE you unplug it for the replacement motor just to make sure you don't get them backwards. Most likely if you plug in white to black, the motor will turn the prop backwards. That's the good scenario. The bad scenario is... well, I don't even want to go there. I know what happens when you plug in a battery backwards, it burns out the receiver, motor and maybe some servos. Bad lighting, old eyes and a worn out JST battery plug allowed me to do this on one of my little 4 channel FP helicopters a few years ago. It was ugly!!!
Since installing the new motor, it stutters periodically. It isn't unfly-able, but it is annoying that the motor does not run smoothly 100% of the time. Love the increased power, just very annoyed with the stuttering. Picking a nickname for a review is a true pain. It makes contributing reviews not worth the effort. Consider doing something different.
Get this for your Ultra-Micro P-51 and increase flight times by about 50%. Your top speed will be a little less but who cares. Save the mustang motor wires - you will need them to splice onto these (they are longer). This motor will allow your UM P-51 to use all of your older 120mAh batteries if you want to. It may look the same but it draws quite a bit less current and is a little less powerful.

This was a replacement motor, so the durability and quality rating is based on past motors. The first motor had about 20 hrs on it, but 2 replacements bought from the local hobby shop only lasted a few minutes each before locking up. I ordered this motor since it was for a newer model and therefore, hopefully of better quality. This motor already has at least 4 hrs runtime so it has already surpassed the few minutes/seconds of life the previous 2 motors displayed. I would say the order was deliverd very quickly and although I have issues with motor quality, my overall satisfaction with the Sukhoi model is overwhelmingly positive.
