We bought this baby monitor when my son was 1 month old. Less than two months later, the screen completely whited out. At first, it was just a little fuzzy but got so bad you couldn't see anything. I called the number on the box six times, every time I waited at least 40 minutes before either hanging up or finally speaking to someone. Motorola shipped me a replacement monitor after some wait. I got it yesterday, hooked it up, and the monitor WILL NOT pick up the camera. It shows a picture for a few seconds then the sound cuts out and goes to the "Motorola" screen and said "No signal". The camera is in the exact same place and position as the first one we bought. I will be calling motorola tomorrow to see if they will give me my money back, as my son is now 6 months old and we have no idea where the receipt is to return it. I would not suggest buying this monitor, especially for $200.
