Great price. Fast delivery
Good Modem, had no issues.
Works great
I love this device. My family and I are able to stream movies, music and play games together without having any issues with our Wi-Fi connection. No dropped connections.
This modem/router works great in my small apartment. It replaces one that I found would not give a good wifi signal, and now I have great wifi for my smartphone and my laptop whenever I want within my small apartment. I have Vyve broadband and it was no trouble getting them to set it up remotely after I had it ready to go, so it saves me from paying rental with Vyve; pays for itself within 10 months.
Very good price on a very good product.
It seems to be ok but not sure. I've had for a couple of weeks and have some questions but can't get ahold of a technician. They tell me it will be 75 minutes before I can talk to one or they say a technician will call back but they never do then they say to go to their web sit that someone will answer any questions that I might have faster then when you do they say a technician won't be available til tomorrow. So now it makes me wonder if their that swamped with question how good is this product.
Weak signal strength (drops off fast) and the 2.4GHz band broadcasts is worse then the 5GHz. The bit rate is half that of my old ARRIS SBG10 (which I've reinstalled) and packit loss is terrible (sometimes as high as 30%).
I purchased this modem and I am returning it because I could not get it connected. I called spectrum and I tried to contact Motorola but could not get a telephone number to speak to someone at Motorola. I called 19 different phone numbers and could not get help. I reconnected my old modem and I am returning this one.
I purchases this to prevent paying $10/month from the cable provider. I lasted just a bit longer than the return window at Walmart. I returned it to motorola and it was replaced, the replacement lasted even less time. Maybe $10/month is a better deal. Keep loopking
