I had a touch screen phone on an AT&T contract before and this phone is very similar, but without a contract, which is GREAT!!! So far, so good, and I've had it a few weeks now. The only problem is I can't pair it with my Southwind bluetooth headphone which I was using with my Samsung AT&T. Maybe something to to with that. But not a critical issue. While it has a much nicer camera than my old phone (see above), I haven't used it yet.
I needed a new Net 10 cell, one with a Media player and Bluetooth. It takes an 16 GB micro SD card, will hold plenty of music and video. The touch screen works accurately is is a good size. Very happy with this cell.
I have had this phone for a few months and have no problems with it. It is has alot of nice features on it and is a great phone for people on a budget. Had no problem getting it activated and switching my number.
I bought this to upgrade my Net 10 phone. So far I really like this phone and it has exceded my expectations. Call quality, volume, camera/video camera, battery life, music player, media player all are great for me. Switching over my number and minutes was quick and easy. Walmart had it for $10 less than anyone else.
I was lucky enough to get this phone for $70.00 but even if it cost $120.00 I'd STILL buy it. This thing is amazing !! (for the money). Upgrading from a flip phone from 9 keys makes texting 100 times faster. Uploading music to it is easy with a $9 micro USB cable. For $25 you can get a 16 GB micro SD card and load about 60 full length movies on to it. (You need to find a program online to convert them to MPEG4 format though) There are websites with hundred of apps for this phone. GPS programs, the bible, poker, angry birds, etc.. whatever fits your style. The picture quality is excellent, I can access my e-mail, you can get online easily but since I'm pre pay with Net10, I wouldnt use it unless it was an emergency. For 50 cents a day (300 mins every 60 days) this is the most bang for the buck that I can find.
I've owned my EX124G for about 2 weeks now and am very satisfied. The touchscreen doesn't give me any problems when I turn it sideways and text(I had this problem using a friend's iphone3). The included hidden stylus makes all other instances just as easy. The only problem that I've found is that you can't enter a street address for your contacts. I could with my old phone. This is the reason for why I gave a Good for Expectations.
I pucased motorola ex124g from walmat for 79 dllars. I recomend this phone only only thing not fond of is minute reminder constinely flashing on sceen
Moving from an Android phone to the Motorola is a little bit of a step down...slight learning curve..But other than that I thought it was a great phone...plenty tutorials on the web to get you started....I didn't find one place that it didn't work...
I bought the phone and was assured by Tracphone that I could download free APPS. When I ran into problems trying to download UPC & IBSN APPS, I call Tracphone tech support & was told I couldn't download the free APPS I wanted, only those on their web site, which were very limited. Went to the Motorola Web site to get help but the phone is not listed. Tried for a hour to get to either customer service or tech suppor at Motorola No luck. Tried to email them, and since the phone is not listed on their web site, it wouldn't accept my email. Then sent another email to Tracphone- a black hole. If you are considering this phone for your kids-for get it, they would be very unhappy. Walmart needs to build a fire under Motorola or dump the brand.
It seems like a smart phone but it's not all that smart. It's basically a regular perpaid phone with a touch screen. I was looking for something in an andoid but I let the sell man talk me into this phone. It's a good phone if all you want to do is text and make calls. No apps like facebook messenger twitter can be downloaded to this phone. It's not that smart I guess. So if you want a phone you can use for texting and calls it's a pretty good choice. I'm a text person myself so only need an $25 dollar card. I'm already looking into a new phone because I don't feel like i got my moneys worth, 20 more dollars and I could of had a prepaid Black berry I just cheaped out a bit,
