I purchased this phone new and since then it has been very useful for my needs. Moto E6 is great for video and picture taking and it really delivers a fantastic view.
I've only had this phone a week. It is my first smart phone and in gerneral I need technology that is easy to use/figure out. I've been very pleased with this phone so far, have been able to figure it out, and am delighted with its features. Hated to give up my 2G flip phone - it was the best!!! But it no longer got texts longer than 160 characters and didn't get group texts, which became a problem. (so you can see where my level of technology know-how was). So far I think the the Moto e6 is great - just wish it was the size of my tiny flip phone and folded over to protect the screen - but I could be waiting a long time for that!
Very good cell phone Moto e6 I recommend. This is a Great phone with a great camera.
Phone itself is nice. Just not holding a couple apps
Still figuring it out... seems it goes to "Do Not Disturb" and I don't get notified of messages and my calls don't go through... cant figure out how that keeps happening... I like many of the features - I am not very technologically inclined - so this could take a while...
I am very pleased with the Moto e6. Very good phone for the price and works as advertised. However, I am disappointed with Tracfone's lack of transparency on two items. First, the Transfer Wizard would not work with my old phone with no suggested solution other than manual input. There is much hype about this capability, but no warning that it may not work. Second, after researching the features of the Moto e6, it was determined the phone supported internet/Wifi calling. After purchasing the phone and being unable to initiate the feature, I was told it was not available in my zip code. This information should have been available before purchase.
I ordered the e6 hoping it would be a nice phone compared to mu old phone, it isn't terrible but I use the camera a lot and the camera on this phone is garbage. It will not take a clear picture of anything unless you are several feet away from the subject and I have tried for hours taking pictures with different settings, etc. I even downloaded a different camera app but I think the trouble is the lens itself. I will never buy another motorola since every one I have tried has been a let down, I thought I would give this one a try but got burned. It also seems to want to reboot quite often. If anyone can suggest a phone with a great camera to me that isn't too expensive I would love to know.
I guess you get what you pay for. I bought a cheapo phone because I rarely use it. I rather wish I had sprung for a bit more. The battery icon is so small, I can't tell how much power I have left and no percentage notation is offered. Even with the volume turned completely off, the phone is constantly ringing -- when nothing seems to be happening on it -- no call, no email., no notification of any kind. It just rings randomly. The only saving grace is the fact that I rarely use it so it's turned off most of the time.
I gave up, after three hours of conversation with your technicians via the internet. A relative has expressed interest in experimenting with the phone. He may have it. I have instead pruchased a GreatCall Jitterbug Flip that came already activated and works well.
Trash, I had this phone 16 days. It was put in a protective case with gorilla glass screen protector. Then all of a sudden it quits charging... Get a hold of support and great news its under warrant(of course it is its 16 days old) so then im told by support that they would have to send me a box 3-5 via usps(if im lucky we all know usps) then i have to return said phone via box (3-5) days. Then have the warehouse proccess it(who knows how long thatll take) then wait for them to send me back a replacement.(3-5 days) so not counting weekends and usps being sub par im going to be out of my only phone for 3 weeks. which is great cause im single parent of five kids what do i need a phone for... i would rate this 0 stars but you cant.. i will sure be trashing this product to everyone i know tho...
