I hate rats and mice. They are so disgusting and I feel awful when they get in the house but we have a house that was built in 1920's with basement so it seem impossible to keep them out. We filled out eveyr possible hole they can get in but they still find a way. We use mousex now in the basement and the part about the product I like the most is no smell after they die. We have had a few die down there that we couldnt find and it smelled awful for weeks. So greatful to this product.
Rats got in our garage and our house from there while my husband was in denial that I was right that that was what I was hearing in garage. He wasted money on humane bait traps that they never fell. He' more compassionate than me. I just wanted the gross things gone. At least 2 were in house. We have 2 dogs so when I saw this I was happy it was safe. Had to put it out when one dog wasn't around because when she saw the bag she assumed it was treats. Even though it says non toxic to pets I still applied this behind sofas (between sofa and wall) where I found droppings. I haven't spotted a mouse since first application and all has been quiet but I sweep it out and reapply some pellets every couple days for now. It' been about 2 weeks and I usually run into one when I go downstairs at night. Found nothing dead yet but no smell either. Make sure you remove ALL other food sources. They were loving dog food until we realized.
The city is digging up the streets to put in much-needed new gas main switches. As a result, rats and mice are running wild in my neighborhood. This mint-scented rat repellent seems to be working so far; I haven't seen a rat since I first sprayed it a few days ago.
I see alot of good reviews online but I dont always trust them. But I used this at our lake house this summer and it appears to have worked. All the bait was eaten and I left two whole bags out. But typically when we come back in we see signs of mice and we havent seen anything for two weeks. So we will be using MouseX all the time for keeping our cabin clear of mice.
Bought this brand at local hardware store same day. Used to hear a whole city of mice seem to take over the kitchen walls and floor after I turned out the lights. Now, (4 weeks later), I only hear them infrequently. Used to see mouse dropping in kitchen every morning when I woke up Now, I only see the dropping in the corners where I placed this product. The mice definitely ate the mouse pellets. You can see the debris nearby. Today, I cleaned-out the old mouse pellets and put out new ones. I imagine the old ones have absorbed humidity and I read that they should be dry. I was skeptical that these would work but apparently they really do. I am actually very grateful.
We have a chicken coup that was infested with rats and mice. So I put this stuff down the holes that the rats and mice had been living in and 2 days later I was finding dead rodents everywhere. Also this is safe for the chickens if they eat it. SO its a WIN WIN
Mice were living in our three-car garage, which has a lot of shelves, workbenches, and other places for them to hide. We have two dogs that both go into the garage and will eat anything that's there. I saw that this is completely safe for pets. In just 5 days, there were no signs that mice had been there. This is a wonderful
Have used this is the past. Neighbors are remodeling and I see mice running into the home so thought I'd be safe using this around my home too. 8 oz is a really small package for $14.00. I recommend this but go to Home Depot and get twice the size package for about $4.00 more.
MY PEST IS GONE...I FOUND IT IN A PAIL OF WATER...OMG DRIVING ME NUTS...I DID NOT WANT TO USE TRAPS...DECON OUT...AND IT CLEARED THEM OUT IMMEDIATELY... AND SAFER...
I'm on my second bag .... Just realized ... I've never had so many mice... can't keep the dish filled. ..
