Has helped my husband and would recommend this product. I use the Schiff Glucosamine 2000MG plus vitamin D3 and like that as well.
Love that I found something that quickly got me feeling normal. It was rough, my right hip was not right. The Covid pandemic was finally allowing us to safely visit our grandchildren. I needed to hold, carry and roll on the ground. Sadly this was not going to happen. The Pharmacist recommended "Move Free", after taking this for a few days I was back to myself. The long Motor home ride was not going to hinder my hip ever again. I've been taking "Move Free" for 2 years and I won't miss a day. I don't ever want my hip or any other body part to feel that way again.
Prefer the 120 ct size packaging, but these are the same, just slightly higher cost. This supplement helps my joints a great deal.
We've been taking this supplement for a long time now and it seems to be working as we have no joint complaints. We will continue to take it!
As always, the Move Free Advanced Plus MSM product helped my wife's back and my knees. This is an excellent product. This one also contains Vitamin D3 so you don't have to take that separately. This is especially required now that we are inside a lot due to the pandemic. Highly recommended product.

Good quality product at prices lower than the local pharmacy. Shipped quickly as well. Personally I prefer the advanced without the D3 as I take my own D supplement - but they were out of stock.
I have used these in the past as well as my late husband did. I think they make tiny tabs also which is what I thought I was getting. I will look more closely next time for the tiny tabs.
Don't know for sure if it really works. I have been taking this and a similar product for several years and have not had many problems, so it probably works.
