I have only had it for 2 weeks but am very happy with it thus far. It is under a patio so I don't have to worry about the cover having to be "Water Proof". I strongly advice to get a "Water Proof" if your furniture is completely exposed to rain. The cover also has a draw string at the bottom to tighten the fit. On a weekly basis we have 30-40 mph winds and the cover stays put.
