I am so totally satisfied with this purchase. The ferris wheel is fully detailed and the lights are so beautiful. I placed in on my mantle at Christmas and everyone enjoyed it.
Initially, the Grand Ferris Wheel was great but after a short time the it developed an annoying squealing sound and had to be returned. am waiting for an exchange.
The lights on this does not work,I've gotten in touch several times in almost two weeks with them writing to get back to me ,then someone wanted a photo and receipt still no resolution
I bought the World's Fair Grand Ferris Wheel in early December 2021. I have been extremely happy with the purchase until four days ago (December 18, 2022). The lights have begun to malfunction which is a major allure of the Ferris Wheel. The Ferris Wheel worked great for three weeks in December 2021 and the first three weeks of 2022. Then four days ago, the lights in both modes began to malfunction. I have emailed customer service at Mr. Christmas and am awaiting a reply. If I can get this fixed easily, my review will go back to a five.
