It makes the perfect tea every time. Easy to use.
This is my second Mr. Coffee iced tea maker, my last pitcher cracked and a replacement isn't made anymore. This one makes less tea than the old one but it wasn't always finished anyways. Still get the same great tea, I use decaffinated so I can drink it any time of the day. Sometimes I add a little lemonade however it is a great low cal refreshing drink.
so easy to use and clean up
I ordered this on 9/21/15 and it arrived at my doorstep 5 days later! First time purchaser on the website, so it means a lot. :) Product wasn't damaged, nothing missing and arrived earlier than expected! (9/26 estimated for 9/29) I'm very pleased to say that it makes a great batch of tea as well! I was a little weary since it doesn't have the little knob on the steeping chamber like an older model that my mom has had for quite some time. I thought that may have made the tea weaker, but nope, still makes the awesome sweet tea that I remember. Hot or chilled, it's great! (I added 6 teabags, fyi) It's a refreshed version of itself. I love the blue and I would definitely recommend giving it a try! :)
Love this product. Had one exactly like it that I have used everyday for the past 10 years. It was time to get a new one before they are no longer available for purchase.
Easy way to make fresh tea!
This was a Christmas present to replace a six year old iced tea maker that was only showing signs of wear in the pitcher! Couldn't find a replacement pitcher on site but even if there was one, I could not pass up the price of a complete new one. My wife makes iced tea weekly all year long!

Dont understand why you had to change it. We had the old one. And this one here we do not like. Wish u would go back to the one b 4 this one. It was much better. We had to put a screw is the drain hole so we didn't have to use so many tea bags to make it strong enough. Really disappointed with it.
I have had this tea maker for three to four years. I move it forward on the counter to brew and then to the back of the counter when I am finished making the pot of tea. Please see the pix of what happened to the cord. Yes, it shorted out and sparked as it died. Serious design fault.
