Best teriyaki sauce ever! And a great price too. A friend recommended it to me saying it tastes just like Love Love Teriyaki (a small restaurant chain in Oregon) and she was right! So delicious. I bought 3 and I'll be going back for more.
Walmart used to sell this in their stores many years ago, and now it's hard to find anywhere except online. Glad it's being sold on Walmart.com and the in-store pickup saved me shipping costs.
I just used this marinade for the first time on some chicken thighs. I marinated them for about 3 hours before cooking them in the over. The results were incredible. I can't wait to try it on marinated steak tips on the grill. Im so impressed I just ordered 4 more bottle to give to my children and keep one for myself. Definitely give it a try!
First time I purchased this product, it was based on a great customer review, and SO GLAD I tried it. Not too salty, not too sweet, Wonderful authentic teriyaki marinade!!! In our house, I cut broccoli and carrots into a hot pan with the teriyaki sauce for two (2) minutes (2 mins. for broccoli and 1 min for carrots with lid on then add cooked, sliced thin chicken breast to mixture 30 seconds (or until vegetables are to your liking) and immediately serve over rice. MAJOR HIT IN OUR HOUSE!!! Thank you Mr. Yoshida for our best healthy quick and easy dinner!!!
If you have not tried Mr. Yoshida's original sauce, you should! It is mildly teriyaki and sweet and really can be used as a dipping sauce for egg rolls, pot stickers and more; marinade your boneless chicken breasts for the BBQ grill. Cut up your beef or chicken and sauté' in Mr. Yoshida's sauce with fresh vegetables, serve with your favorite rice. You might even try blending some Mr. Yoshida's Sauce into your hamburger and then grilling.
This is hands down one of my favorite sauces. It is FANTASTIC just drizzled over steamed veggies and rice, but I like it as a quick Korean BBQ rice dish, as a marinade for grilled chicken, with potstickers, onigiri, musubi, and sushi. A must try!

I use to use this product all the time a number of years ago, then it disappeared off grocery store shelves. I was unable to find it anywhere. I gave up trying to find it. Then I came across it when I started looking for a soy sauce I was told about at Walmart web site. It had been so long I wasn't sure this was the same product. I used it mostly for making cocktail meatballs but also marinated chicken or steak. My son verified it was the same sauce after I made the meatballs again. Glad it's back!
We tried a few different brands of teriyaki sauce and we couldn't find anything we like until we tried Mr. Yoshida's Original Sweet & Savory Gourmet Marinade Sauce. We definitely will buy again.
The product is great but every time so far I've ordered my box is saturated with sauce. They don't put cushion and they break during transport
