I really like this lotion. It has a great light smell, which I love. It's not too greasy and absorbs quite fast. I will definitely buy this again. I absolutely love this lotion! It is my new favorite and several folks will be receiving a nice set of these as gifts this year. Oprah has her list of favorite things -- well so do I, and this product is one of the top products for me. The scent, quality and price are all great benefits of this. The scent is great and simple, and lasts for a long time. I have severe allergies, so I was a tad sensitive to the scent at times but that doesn't stop me from using this product. I will over time, attempt to try at least every scent to see which one is the best for me, however, this one is still on my list of faves. The quality of this lotion is superb. Compared to other brands, this lotion lasts a long time just like the scent and has a real premium feel. Not too much of this lotion is needed to feel the benefits so don't let the size fool you. You can get some great use out of a single bottle. Lastly, the pricing, is great! I've seen similar products that costs almost double this and doesn't even feel premium. With this you'll feel like you've gotten a steal after using it. I highly recommend this to anyone. I have a newfound interest in this brand and will try and buy more products made by them after trying this. I do not like most lotions due to their floral and sometimes overpowering scent. The basil fragrance of this product was natural and did not irritate my skin like other lotions have. It was a great way to sooth my hands after a long day at work, and I will definitely be purchasing more.
I have really dry hands and the Basil hand lotion works wonders for my skin. The dry cracks I had before have smoothed over. Mrs. Meyer's Hand Lotion is absolutely amazing. I sat it by my kitchen sink to keep my hands moisturized after washing dishes. I also had the pleasure to try out the hand soap. That was right next to the hand lotion in the kitchen. I have never used a better product for my hands in the kitchen. I used Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Basil Hand Lotion in my home after washing my hands. The lotion has a lemon-basil scent that rubs in clean and smooth like a souffle. My skin is sensitive to many lotions and creams, but this one is nonirritating and I could use it as often as needed to keep my hands from looking dry. I absolutely love the smell of basil fresh from the garden and this lotion does a great job giving me that scent year round! It is fresh, cool and crisp! I enjoy that is a nicely scented lotion without being overpowering for everyday use. I also really enjoy that this lotion is made with plant derived ingredients including: essential oils, Shea butter, almond oil and aloe vera for a lotion formula I can trust! It is very effective at moisturizing my dry hands and has really kept my hands soft! I like that it is a rich creamy lotion but does not feel oily or greasy on my hands. It absorbs quickly into the skin yet my hands continue to feel moisturized well after applying the lotion. I will continue to use Mrs. Meyer's lotions and can not wait to try out the full line of products offered. I plan to try all of the garden inspired scents offered! We are currently painting our kitchen & having our hands in & out of chemicals from peeling wallpaper, base coat, painting, etc, this has been a life saver to have right there to wash it all away & moisturize!
