[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had a constant runny nose. I tried almost everything. When I received my Afrin I said I would try it because I had nothing to lose. I used it the first time following the instructions and was totally surprised when I did not have a constant runny nose all day. I used it the second day and it was even better. I no longer have the runny nose problem. I truly recommend Afrin because it truly works. I will keep using it because it does give the relief for well over 10 hours. Great product for what I needed.

I've tried off-brands at times, but they usually don't work as fast or they taste awul. Afrin works quickly and gets you breathing through your nose again. Non-drowsy. And as with any nasal decongestant spray, you should only use them once in awhile and no more than 3 days in a row, or you could become dependent on them and end up more congested than you were to begin with. So follow the directions!
Great for seasonal allergy congestion relief. No drip formula keeps it from running out your nose and actually working! Highly suggest getting this product for all your nasal relief!

The spray is amazing. Literally works for 12 hours like it says. The packaging is terrible. I had to take pliers to it like the other reviewer said. It used to open fairly easily. But the last thing I want to do when I'm trying to be able to breath easily through my nose, is struggle with the packaging. Please fix it Afrin so I can give this product the 5 stars it really does deserve!

The first time, it works fast and well, but after only last for few hours, I still feel uncomfortable. Then, I tried several times, it cannot work efficiently. Maybe not just frequently used it.
THE NOSE DROPS WORK WELL, VERY GOOD ACTUALLY. THE PROBLEM IS GETTING THE TOP OFF. MY HUSBAND FINALLY HAD TO GET WIRE PLIERS TO GET THE STUPID THING OFF. I TRIED TO CONTACT AFRIN ABOUT THIS BUT WAS TOLD THE WERE NOT OWNED BY BAYER. I FINALLY SENT A CONTACT LETTER CONCERNING GETTING THE TOP OFF OF THE PRODUCT. I COULDN'T FIND A SECTION TO CONTACT ANYONE AT BAYER SO I SENT IT TO THE WORLD ORGANIZATION AT BAYER??? I GOT A LETTER SAYING SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME.. SO FAR NOTHING.. JUST BE PREPARED IF YOU BUY THEM YOUR GOING TO NEED WIRE PLIERS AND A STRONG MAN TO GET THE TOP OFF. GO FIGURE
The product itself is good but sweet jesus it is impossible to open the bottle. Being sick and struggling to open your only relief is insanity. Some bottles are so impossible to open you have to buy multiples in hopes of one being accessible.
I'm 45 years old. Never had any issues with child resistant cups out there. But this one is a nightmare to open it. The worst invented!!! Not even an adult can open it!!!!!!!
