Taking one of these at night and not only does it clear your lungs of phlegm but you sleep like a baby. Be sure to spit out the lugers if you cough them up! One thing I might add...they are not slick gels, not even slick coating, and they are licke horse pills, so even if you don't have trouble taking pills, you want to make sure you wash down with a full glass of water. You should with any pill, but these are huge. I have also cut in half with a plastic pill cutter, and that makes easier to get down, but I tell you, it's well worth the trouble. You have phlegm, this is your baby!
