I started getting back pain after having my daughter 3 years ago so this helps a lot. Looks very durable and you can adjust it however you would like it tighter or a little looser.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This back brace is very well made. Stands up to it's name for sure. Great support which alleviates a lot of pain without being heavy. It's a stronger back support, not like those shaper ones. I find this to work for me while I work from home. I typically sit all day in an office chair and I tend to slouch, so this helps me not do that and keep great posture. My back feels better on the days I wear this and I like that I can adjust if I want more or less support. The fit was fine for me with plenty of room for reference I'm 5'4 125lbs.

Like it says, it's adjustable with many positions to find a comfortable fit! It's durable and moves with you without being too stiff but also provides that support you need on a sore back. I'm so glad to have been given the chance to try the discrete Mieller Sports Nedicine Adjustable back brace. I can actually adjust it to fit my waiste and get strong support but it is easily hidden under my clothes. Love love love!!

I think it might be from the epidural. When trying it on it made me feel like I was wearing a waist training not an actual back brace. It fit but when sitting down it would roll down. Which was very annoying. I will continue to wear it but wish it would help a little more with my back 
Very upset that I got a returned item as my new item. Someone else had this one their body, returned it and I got it as my new back brace, not cool WalMart, not cool at all!!!
