I have a chronic back problem and this ice pack dulls the pain quite nicely. About 15 years ago I paid three times as much for a similar product. I'm totally satisfied.
very good ice bag, it very nice to use.
This well built bag holds ice and water without leakage and is quite soft and pliant. Absolutely recommend this product which also happens to be inexpensive.
I bought this based on customer reviews...glad I did...the material doesn't sweat.....so nothing gets wet...that is why this product is superior to many others...

Not very well made! A bit pricey for the poor quality product!
Works great for headaches, minor injuries and currently my husband is using for his MCL tear. Very flexible in use and compacts for travel.
It's good but ice melts to fast and it spreads out to far for the ice to concentrate on the sore area. Use three to four times a day every day since purchased
