I'm breastfeeding so all the nutrients I get from the food are getting transported straight to the baby. I wanted to make sure my hair and nails remain strong and healthy and my skin doesn't dry out. Collagen is perfect for my needs. It gives me all the vitamins and keeps me full of energy and very productive. I can recommend this product to everybody and especially to breast feeding mothers. This product is of a really good quality and very affordable.
The bottle is HUGE. I didn't expect to get so much considering the price. But the most important thing for me is the taste. Which this collagen does not have. Therefore I add it to a different drink every day and it goes well with everything. I will defininely ordered more when this bottle finished , I'm sure it helps my skin and hair.

Been takingthis brand for over a year now. It helps with my arthritis in my hands %26 knees. It also makes my fingernails stronger. I mix it into black coffee. No issues with taste or smell.

I hope this collagen contributes positively tp my health. I like that dissolve well on coffee, chai tea, and act also as a creamer but not a substitute of course. Price is fair and flavorless. ill vuy ot again.
I've only used this collagen powder for a few days but it doesn't have a bad aftertaste like some I've used so I like it.
