Nutrition is very important to a healthy work out, and a healthy body. this is a great product to use post or pre workout. I usually use it after a workout, so that it eases soreness. Overall, I think this is a great product and hope everyone tries it if they want a serious dose of protein.

Have used the product for 2 and a half weeks so far. I am not looking for huge gains but just to stay fit and toned. Using one scoop after light workout at night time before bed which is half the dose Tastes fine, is easy on the stomach and has curbed my appetite for late night snacking and being overly hungry during the day.
It's good with water or milk or a bit of coffee powder for mocha. Needs a blender to mix completely.
wish i could get the soy free not sure why it is not available with foodshare i have a hard time getting into the store and it seems to process with foodshare if a store clerk processes it more often then self checkouts but not always and dye to my allergies i need the soy free
