I love Muscle Milk protein powders. Never had an issue with them at all. The strong selling point for me is the fact they are basically a protein supplement with added vitamins. I'm not looking for creatine, NO, glutamine etc. in it, just the protein and vitamins. When I want other fitness supplements I'll purchase them specifically or in other products...muscle milk makes that simple by not loading the protein with them.
This is my go to for protein powder. I have tried a lot of different brands and flavors. This one is my favorite. I take medicine for ADHD and my doctor recommended this brand 20 years ago. Still mu favorite. This flavor and the banana are the best. Not chalky, or chemical flavor just vanilla.
for this you get something like 12 servings about half a month amount if you do One A Day for like breakfast it's not very filling but it does give you all the vitamins and minerals that you'll need for most of the day except for vitamin B12 it doesn't really make you energetic
Will definitely buy again! I added two teaspoons to my morning coffee instead of creamer. My coffee tastes great, kind of like a vanilla latte. I'm on a diet, and the additional protein in my morning coffee will be a great benefit. I just wouldn't over due it because it's not a low carb option.
Love this protein powder. Taste is amazing. I've used it in pancakes mixes… with a dash of water and an egg to make a “cake-like” batter. In smoothies… so good
I use Muscle Milk protein powder, to make my smoothies more nutritional. Vanilla goes particularly well, with bananas, blueberries, peaches, passion fruit, or just about any fruits, you use. I recommended this product.
My Oncologist recommended this product for me because it is very high in protein. I use it all the time to make smoothies with.
Mixed well and tastes great so hopefully it actually provides the protein supplementation that it claims to as there is no amino acid profile on the labeling to derermine its completeness. May not be the best source for individuals looking for a really lean supplement as its somewhat calorie dense at 280kCal/serving and has 9g of fat, 3.5 of which are saturated, per serving.
Makes for great smoothie ingredient, but so expensive for reasons I can't figure out? Still though, for people with GI issues and want to live on smoothies and soft food; Muscle Milk will allow you to get your necessary supplements for a healthy diet.
I never received my order. I call customer service and they said its coming from a third party vendor, even though it says sold and shipped by Walmart on my receipt and in description. I'm still waiting, it's almost 2 weeks now.
