[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After taking a wide variety of multivitamins in the past, I found that this is multivitamin in particular doesn't require food when taking the pill, and just a glass of water. That was a BIG game changer because I don't have to feel pressured to eat in order to get my vitamins. Also I could notice a difference in recovery especially after a tough leg day!
Works good I suppose but I've only been taking 2 tablets daily....it makes my Urine a bright yellow but the gnc multi from sams club did the same thing
The MuscleTech Platnuim Multi Vitamins have Ron be hands down the best Multi-vitamin I have taken. First let me start off by all the vitamins and minerals in it are just outstanding. What makes this different from other vitamins I have take is I don't get a upset stomach or nauseous feeling from taking these like I do with other brands. I highly recommend this product! A 30 day supply for this cheap it is a must buy!!!

Suggested serving size is 3 of the tablets. I started off with 1 on the first day to see how my body would feel and react to introducing a new vitamin. Happy to report I've experienced NO negative symptoms or side effects with this product. The tablets are smaller then I expected, which is great because they are easy to swallow with water, juice, or milk. "Platinum" is a good name for this product because it's absolutely LOADED with tons of different healthy vitamins. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a new multivitamin. I do like that they literally have everything in it, just taking two daily was a bit much due to there size. Other than that I really liked these. Definitely a great value!

I appreciate that Muscletech specifically tailored this product to active individuals and went outside of the standard vitamins and minerals to create a product that works best for us. I feel this is giving me what i need to be active on a daily basis, and is certainly something I'd use again. I had no side effects, but it's always a good idea to read the labels just in case you fall into one of the potentially sensitive groups.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product, I think that this product is giving me all the micronutrients that my body needs, the only thing that I did not like so much was the size of the pill and the amount of them, it needs to be 3 daily to obtain all the benefits, but everything else is perfect.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being about the size of an advil liqui-gel tablet, this multivitamin goes down fairly easy and I've had more energy throughout the day since I started using them. The only down side is you have to take 3 to get the full recommended dose per day.
