The price is right and it sets up and comes apart in a few seconds. I carry one to band practice. I'm going to order 2 more for my band buddies.

I bought this for my daughter's birthday gift. She is very happy. It was a a wonder to put together but we figured it out quite easily and with a little fun. No instructions. She just joined the bigger band at school and looks so professional now with her music stand. We use this stand at home and it folds into small pieces so is easy to store for small spaces. Great buy!
Realy hard to carry without bag for kids ,,.overall is good price and great material ,,,i wish if holding bag come with it ,,so it's more easy for my kid
If you are going to write lyrics and music you MUST have a musician's stand to display your lyrics and/or sheet music! WHY? Because a good stand gives you the means to make changes to your lyrics and notes/chords as you practice them! A song may sound good on paper but until you actually do play it accompanied by the lyrics you won't know for certain! I love my Musician's Stand! The height adjusting lever could be just a little tighter but for just $8 this stand was a steal! Thanks Wal-mart!!!
It is okay for what I paid. The locking clip slips and the stand falls every so often.
