I'm cloth diapering my 6-lb baby and even the smallest diapers I have are too big around her legs, so when I have her nursing on my nursing pillow, she'll sometimes urinate or more out the leg holes. So I quickly learned I needed a spare slipcover - actually ordered two spares. And these are so much better than the one my pillow came with; they're a nice terrycloth material that washes well and is more durable. I'll recommend to friends to go ahead and buy the pillow with the deluxe cover to begin with.
Brought to replace a Jean fabric because my daughter is having a girl. It was a perfect fit and great quality

My Brest Friend is a great nursing pillow. I just wish there were more color / design selections available in the plush fabrics.
