Love it! I cannot do without it! It keeps me calm.
I have been using this for years, really helps my overall health strategy for keeping me active and well.
I have tried other brands of NAC and Country Life is by far my favorite. It has so many benefits. I started using it for my lungs, i was a long hauler that couldn't get rid of my cough. I highly recommend it.
I buy this for one of my clients and if really helps him convey his thoughts. Nac had made a big helpful difference in his life!
This reasonably priced, high potency product was recommended by my doctor. It provides nutritional support as an antioxidant, supporting healthy lung functioning through its mucolytic capability. As a precursor to the antioxidant glutathione it increases tissue levels of glutathione. It helps sleep as well. My husband and I have both felt the benefits and will continue to take it.
Finally, after buying 4 other supplement brands I got that strong sulfur smell that reveals high purity and freshness from NAC. Also, Country life is the manufacturer of their products. They don't buy bulk NAC from China or India and even have those countries bottle it. All those third party brands do is marketing. They are of course all about profits. I was surprised to learn Life Extension is a third party and does not make their own supplements. The list is long, Source Naturals, Dr's Best, Garden of Life, Nature's Way, Vitafusion. They could be fine for all I know, but do they really do third party testing and make their products "in-house?" Surprisingly, an affordable brand called "Nature's Bounty" is an "in house" manufacturer of supplements. Be careful out there peeps. Research, get membership to Consumer Labs. It is the wild west out there.
