It was very good!
I've been a vegetarian for 30 years. This is the best canned vegetarian chili I have ever found of any brand. And you can't beat the price either. I'm disappointed they stopped stocking it at the Walmart Pantry I shop at in my neighborhood. But at least it's available on line for store pickup.
Discovered this brand in Oregon, now I order it online for Texas. Best can of vegetarian chili ever. Use it for rich, flavorful nachos, chips and dip, or just a giant bowl on a cold winter's day. YUM!
Hands down the best chili ever!
The best vegetarian chili I've tried yet. Most are too sweet and bland. For something that is fat-free, this is pretty tasty and there are just enough of the "crumbles" to give it a good texture. However, the fire-power is lacking, and I add a little garlic and chopped jalapenos to get it to my liking.
This is pretty good for not being real meat although it's a little bland, I just added few more spices and it perfect for whatever you want to eat it with. I just ate it with cheese.
These are the only kind of beans that we eat. I'm a meat eater but I love them and my brothers eat them. They taste like they have meat so we don't miss that....my mom is vegetarian so she introduced us and dive then it's all we eat. Usually vegetarian beans will be milly and u can taste they are off a little but these have full flavor great texture and good filling bite to them.
I don't like ground beef, so these are great. We have been using it for years on chili dogs. And my granddaughter used to come home from school, open a can of these, heat them in microwave and eat the whole bowl.
This is really good, and priced good currently. But as with all these vegetarian chilies, I'm not seeing the connection. There is a texture added, and some of the brands' textures are better than the others, but these are mostly BEANS with soy crumbles, and chili. This is a good buy, just watch out for rising prices, there's a volcano on the horizon. I do recommend this one. For beans, it's awesome!
