This super-firm tofu is the best! Cut into small pieces. Marinate in low-sodium soy sauce with garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper, and black pepper. Air-fry at 400° for 15-17 minutes. Shake basket halfway through and every minute near the end. For best texture, let cooked tofu sit in refrigerator over night. Reheat to serve. Use as a stand-alone “meat” or in jambalaya, beans, burritos, hotdogs, etc. Delicious!
So glad I found this tofu! It's the only tofu I have tried so far that doesn't fall apart after cutting. Highly recommend! Will be a staple in my household.
So good. Itâs super firm. You really donât have to press. I give it a good sqeeze with my hands, cut it in cubes and marinate in my favorite sauce, yum. I have also made tofu scramble and it turned out great.
I shredded the tofu and made a BBQ sandwich recipe, similar to BBQ chicken, and put it on bakery hamburger buns with coleslaw, and it was incredible! Will buy again.
It's extremely firm, much like chicken or seitan. Flavor is excellent, with a hint of butteriness. It's very good tofu, perfect as a meat replacement. When shredded, it has a texture similar to hardboiled egg whites, and makes an EGGCELLENT sandwich filling, with vegan mayo and/or mustard, raw onions, and celery.
Always very green and rock hard. They need to sit for at least three or four days. Once they ripen up, they're not terrible. Prefer the loose ones not in a bag
I love this brand and product but 2 of the last 4 packages were bad (but not beyond expiration date) I did an order pick up and one of the packages leaked but I couldn't tell which one. Well when I went to eat it I found that one. Fine no big deal. But then another package went bad after 2 days of being open and properly stored/ I'm hoping this is just a random bit of bad luck and that it is still a solid product and that Walmart is storing and handling the product properly! Food is too expensive these days to have waste!
Missing 6 packs of tofu . Please credit us 6 tofu and 4 banana
This tofu was frozen. Rock solid. Crumbly and messed up just like everyone says it is. I'll just go to the Asian Market next time since Walmart can't do things right.
went bad less than 2 weeks
