I could not have ask for better service! The gentleman that took my order by phone was very polite and helpful. I ordered on a Saturday and received it on Thursday. Very pleased!
The Bistro set arrived quickly. I paid the extra $6.99 for FedEx ground which said I should get it by Oct 1st. It actually showed up Sept 30th. Assembly was fairly easy and mainly consisted of bolting legs on with washers and nuts. I think it took less than hour to assemble the table and two chairs. It comes with the tools needed to assemble but about halfway through the included wrench started slipping and I had to get out my toolbox. I don't know how long it will hold up but being cast aluminum it feels sturdy and durable. I was somewhat concerned about the statement about keeping it out of direct sunlight since I bought it for an outside porch and it is sold as outside furniture.
We purchased the bistro set as a functional decoration in our renovated backyard space. I was pleased at the sturdiness of the item as well as the finish. Very very easy to assembly with one suggestion, i.e. use your own tools. The one concern we had was with a line written in one of the reviews stating the item shouldn't be left in the sun... duh!! It's a patio set!! After consulting Hayneedle's customer service agent, she sent an email to the manufacturer who replied with the answer we wanted. Statement was not true. We added a bright red umbrella & the set really pops in the area. We are supremely satisfied!!!
I really love this this table set and it's design. The quality is superior to most department store with similar set. The price is reasonable as well.
I am totally pleased with the appearance, pricing and quality of this set. The only complaint we have is that the studs on one of the chair seats were powder coated and in order to put on the nuts the studs had to be wire brushed to remove the coating. Otherwise it was an easy assembly.
I love my new Bistro table and chairs. It arrived in a timely fashion in perfect condition. It was very easy to put together. It is so cute and works great in my enclosed lanai. Thank you so much for great service and a wonderful bistro set. I've been looking for one for so long, and this one is the best find and at a reasonable price.
Perfect for morning coffee
This Bistro table is a little solid table Its solid but its all cast aluminum and is not the most comfortable to sit at. Its held up well and keeps it color
Looks nice on patio. Wish table was a little bigger. Took longer to put together than instructions said, but that's not our forte. Missing a leveler for one of the chairs. Biggest concern....instructions said not to leave it in the sun!!!!! Oh well- it was very inexpensive!
Cute but very small. Exactly as pictured. Use a real wrench. Spanner provided will not tighten seat backs sufficiently. Little awkward to put together. Pretty tho.
