My grankids love this castle

Got this for my 2 yr old for Christmas. It was her favorite toy, and she got a lot of nice expensive toys. She plays with this daily. It comes apart but we used packing tape at the seams and it works great.
It's cardboard so what can you expect. I used tape on the tabs to help hold it together and that has worked great. It's actually pretty big too.
The box was mailed in it's own box with the name of gift and description. Not only did my child see what was at the door (Christmas surprise foiled), the box was dented and dirty.....
Hard to put together and it keeps coming undone. It is pretty big, but it just wont stay together! Pretty disappointed :( Bought it for my 4 yr. old for Christmas and it may last a week, my husband and I have our own bet going!
Grandkids lost interest in coloring, still sitting in box for them to finish.
i knew it was made of card board. i guess i was expecting it to be a little bit stronger than the average card board box. i mean after all, what kid doesn't love a good box? but realistically it is the same, if not thinner. it also didn't come with the pens like it said. the kids played with it, and it is still up. but they have lost their interest. which is odd. because if i flag down the appliance delivery truck when they drive by, they always give me a box, to a fridge or washing machine. my kids crawl all over that like crazy and boarder line destroy it in just a few days. but they didn't treat this box the same. i say if you can find them after christmas sales for five, then go ahead and get you a box. but anything more really isn't worth it. instead go get you a free refrigerator box.
