I gave it to my 1 1/2 year old grandson as soon as I saw his runny nose and heard his hoarse voice. I gave it to him every 20 minutes for 4 times then he went to his moms and she gave it to him one more time. He never did get a full blown cold as a matter of fact his cough and runny nose were gone the next day.

I had to wait until my 3 year old caught the flu to see if this was effective or not but when she did then I was pleased with how it helped her get over it quickly and it is reassuring to know you can use something natural and not have to over drug your child.
