[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical to try these, but the really did help me. I have been feeling a lot of stress and anxiety lately with working in the hospital and trying to do do virtual education with my kids. I was feeling the physical effects of stress. These really helped! I had a sense of calm with no drowsiness! I'm a fan! Very good to have on hand during these crazy times.

I'm glad it's time released because the dosage is pretty high at 200mg. I was feeling anxious and stressed last week because of work and took a tablet two days in a row and felt back to normal! This really helped to level out my mood throughout the day and also increased my motivation and drive at work. So far this brand is exceeding my expectations and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to add 5-HTP to their daily supplement routine.

I need it to keep me on track, was using a different HTP 5 and it got to were it didn't do what I needed. So came across this and it is, I buy it on line. Its comes to me in the mail, just some more of its convenience.
Love this. Recommended by my dr. I am going through menopause and my nerves are a bit crazy. This is calming. Take one at 7 am and another at 7 pm. Internet says you can safely take 300 to 400 mg of 5htp a day. It has allowed me to balance my stress levels and Mahe each day better. Thank you.

I've been taking it for one month I think is helping with my sleep a bit. I have chronic insomnia from heavy metal poisoning, and my mind used to be restless. But Im taking other things so the betterment could also be a combination of all.
I've been struggling with anxiety for a good while. I've try them all. The side effect of prescribed medication nasty and undesirable. I found this supply thru a niece of mine. I'm getting ready to reorder. After having a bad trip with Alprozalam, Natrol is Godsend supplement.
Shouldnt even get one star! The 5 Htp is expired by 3 months!!!!
