I bought these because they were about the only tablets available. I sometimes have trouble swallowing capsules which seem to be the most common form for alpha lipoic supplements. These were easy to swallow.
I had received my item as promised on the delivered date. I bought the Natrol alpha lipoic acid to control my blood sugar. If it works, I'll buy more in the future.
That item is very good. I didn't know it before and what Dr spoke about how is it important if you have a nerve issue and get this is Amazing!! I recommend it for ppl have problems with the nerve
I am in my mid 70's and I feel this is one of the supplements that is helping me to stay healthy. I have been taking it for years and it helps me with energy and keeps me out of harms way because it's got anti oxidants. I take the time release so I can be protected 24/7.
Natrol Alpha Lipoic Acid helps me manage my peripheral neuropathy so I can go about my normal life's routine in relative comfort.
Seller got the item to me a bit earlier than initially promised and in good shape. Good job considering they sent it USPS. This form of ALA is easy to take, well coated tablets instead of capsules.
My brother was using a liquid form of this that I could not find at Walmart, finding the 600 mg tablet I thought I would try it. I have had neuropathy in my right foot and upper thigh for years. After taking this for just a few days the pain in my thigh was gone and my foot is probably 95 % better. I would recommend this product to anyone.
I had really bad neuropathy that would wake me up in the middle of the night. It hurt so bad cutting my arms off felt like it might hurt less. These pills were the only thing that made hurt a lot less. It was completely gone -but they worked and well worth it. I hate how Walmart keeps raising prices every time I ordrer it. Vitamin Shoppe online doesn't do that FYI.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product to try and give my opinion about it. I was happy about the size of the capsule, as some supplements are huge. So a smaller size was very nice for me to see. Per instructions, you are to take once a day with a meal. Adding this supplement wasn't hard for me to do. I found no issues for me. The supplement is supposed to help with age related, cell issues and blood sugar issues. Frankly, cannot really speak to how or what it is supposed to help with. But, every bit of help as I age is welcome. It is simple enough to add the supplement daily and I will keep using. Maybe I will gain some benefit from using. But, being this easy to do daily, why not.
