[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Natrol DHEA Mood and Stress tablets are small and easy to swallow. The dosage is just one tablet a day with a meal. I find that taking with breakfast works best for me personally. I love that these tablets are free from most problematic ingredients such as shellfish, fish, wheat, eggs, etc. They are labeled as vegetarian but not sure if they qualify as vegan.
This is a very good product. I have used it for well over a year. There are strong doses available, however. It is one you can take everyday without being too strong.

When taken consistently, my wife and I genuinely noticed an improvement in my mood and a decrease in my stress levels. I didn't make any other changes to my lifestyle besides taking this supplement either. Very surprised and impressed.
I know this is not advertised as a sleep aid. But for me it works very well. I take it just before I want to sleep at night. I Take it with a glass of milk or orange juice. And I'm sound asleep. I have taken the sleep pill from the same company but find this works for me much better. My mood is better too the next day.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking Natrol's all-natural and proven DHEA formula of 50 mg, one pill daily, for two weeks now. My doctor told me that this hormone helper is good for those with depression and endometriosis problems. She couldn't have steered me any better in the right direction. On her advice, I dissolve one pill every night before bed between my gum and lip. It tastes funky but dissolves fast. I always eat something with fat alongside the pill. My doc told me dissolving it is easier and safer than attempting to swallow the chalky, oddly-shaped pill. I was impressed by the almost-immediate (within two days) feelings of more energy and a very small difference in my overall mood after taking this for the first three days. It's now been two weeks, I am totally on board with this new addition to my daily vitamin regimen and my antidepressant. I have no doubt that my energy has slightly increased due to my taking DHEA, and my mood is slightly elevated, as well. DHEA provides the extra boost I wasn't getting from just taking my antidepressant, and now I feel like I am getting the entire benefit of that which antidepressants offer! I do wish they tasted a little better or were gummies. Overall I think these have been helpful especially with a stressful job.

Easy to swallow and no upset tummy or vitamin burps like you get with other vitamins. Not enough thought to know if it will help with stress and mood in the future.

I've been taking the 50mg tablets at the suggestion from my GYN Dr for hormonal and sexual libido health as I was just feeling off. Well.. it worked wonders for my libido and even my mood which I didn't really expect. It worked really fast also, so I was really happy with it. That is until I started getting acne out of nowhere and more than I've even had as a pubescent teen. I'm thinking I may need to try the 25mg before I go back to my Dr or stop altogether to see if the higher dose is what's causing my unexplained acne...so to be continued...
