[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These chewable tablets are a perfect size for easy chewing. They are not too big in diameter that the pieces get stuck on the sides of your mouth. They are thin enough that they are easy to break with your teeth. The pineapple taste is very faint and that makes it pleasant. The cap on the bottle pops open for easy dispensing. I'm not sure if the zinc in these tablets actually provided any positive health effects, but I have not felt any negative side effects.

Serving size is one tablet but it's recommended to take one twice daily with food. Each tablet has 7.5mg of zinc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got those chewable tablets for free because I like the pineapple taste and wanted to add zinc to my nutrients.Those pretty big chewable tablets are easy to chew but taste more like grape sugar with not much pineapple taste.They are pretty sweet and appeal more like a sweet candy to me.There are a lot ingredients included and I would prefer to look for non chewable pills with less ingredients.
