They include Vitamin C, D-3, Selenium, and Zinc. They also contain EpiCor super food yeast complex that helps increase the body's natural immune defense. These capsules can also be used for children ages 9 and older. You can easily open the capsules and sprinkle the contents on their favorite food instead of having them swallow the capsule. This is an easy way to ensure my family will have the immune health to fight whatever life gives them.

The capsules are very easy to swallow and it did have any smell or after taste, right size. I highly recommended.

Most supplements have a horrible smell, and this simply didn't. During the early days of the epidemic many of us stayed at home more than normal, which means we probably missed out on some much needed Vitamin D, it was great to see Vitamin D included in Immune Boost! The included yeast complex was really interesting to read up on! The one thing I was unclear on is if the gelatin is animal derived or not, really should be labelled more clearly

The few I took over a weeks span(7) did not upset my stomach. They did live a weird taste in my mouth as it took a while for me to get it down. I most likely will not purchase in the future unless they make it into a gummy or flavored powder drink mix.
