They are easy to take, just put 1 small tablet on your tongue 20 minutes before bedtime and let it dissolve. They have a enjoyable strawberry flavor that dissolves quickly without the need for water. These are vegetarian and 100% drug free and non habit forming. Natrol has helped me establish a normal sleep pattern and I am so grateful for that.

Works well, take it before going to bed and helps getting to sleep. Don't feel drowsy. Take it at a reasonable time with at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep.

I've had problems sleeping in and I can see a difference, I have gotten better sleep since I starting taking these. I havent had any difficulty since I started taking these melatonin tablets. I recommend these. I really like that they are dissolvable and have a nice cherry flavor.
I use these regularly for myself and other family members. It has enough for everyone who needs it. It is not bad tasting and you do not need to swallow these. You can allow it to dissolve or chew slowly. I no longer can swallow pills well so this is a big help. It can be pricey to buy but it meets our needs and help us to sleep and wake up refreshed.
Only kind I would ever buy, tried many others, but this brand is very effective, %26 works fast! Asleep within 1/2 hr. Only problem, if you get in the habit of taking it EVERY night, you may find yourself having some very strange (not bad, just nonsensical) dreams. Would recommend just when really needed.

I love the fast-dissolve format - as no water is needed to swallow! The strawberry flavor is tasty. They work very fast - I felt sleepy within the hour and slept very soundly. When I woke up in the morning, I wasn't very groggy. I received this product in exchange for my honest feedback.
It was easy being able to select things from off the Internet and drive up and have them immediately placed in my car . It saved me probably two hours shopping.
I have been using Natrol Melatonin 5mg fast dissolve for a couple of years. They tasted great and work well. I occasionally take 2 tablets, so I figured I'd just get the 10mg this time. Huge mistake! Yes, they work but the ingredients are different and they taste HORRIBLE!!! (And they take longer to dissolve!) The primary sweetener in the 10 mg is dextrose and it contains artificial strawberry flavor as well as menthol (The primary sweetener in the 5mg is xylitol and it contains natural flavors) I wish I had just gotten 2 bottles of 5mg instead of the 10mg because I wasted my money on the NASTY 10mg!!! Why are the ingredients different Natrol?
I cannot leave this in my mouth long enough to dissolve. The taste is horrible. Cannot understand why they would make a stronger 10 mg tablet with completely different ingredients than the 5 mg that I bought a few months ago. Sucralose, Menthol
