Big fan of the extended release. Regular melatonin gets me to sleep then I am up a few hours later. The extended relief is a life saver. I work nights and would not be getting half the sleep I do without it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I got older I seemed to wake up every morning around 3am after only sleeping several hours. My doctor recomended Melatonin and volia! I find time released tablets work really well for me and I take them at bedtime with warm cocoa after my Dr recomended warm milk too. Sleeping like a baby with time released melatonin.
I use only when absolutely necessary since these make me feel groggy and a bit out of sorts the following day.
I haven't been able to sleep through the night in ages, and had been getting used to about 5 hours of interrupted sleep. I decided to give these a try and finally I've been sleeping for 8 hours in a row!! Even a quick bathroom trip doesn't keep me up for hours anymore. Can't recommend these enough! They did take a few days to build up in my system, but they're working great now.
This brand works for me. Although 1 caplet is instructed to take, I cut the caplet in half, which works as well. thank you,
Gentle enough for falling asleep along with going back to sleep after a restroom trip in the middle of the night. Time release is epic for those, like me, who are usually up and down ALL night long.
I've been using melatonin for a while, however lately I haven't been able to sleep through the night. This product totally changed that. I fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep for 8 hours! Great product!
this is the only non prescription sleep aide that has helped me. I sleep light enough I can wake if I need to. I wake up feeling rested and ready to start my day

This doesn't actually help me sleep. It just gives me a terrible headache the next day. I've taken several kinds of melatonin over the years and this is the only one with this reaction.
